Discover the role and importance of an Intercessor—someone who offers dedicated prayer support for our ministry, couples, and mission.

Over 60 years ago, Fr. Caffarel called Teams of Our Lady Couples to become Intercessors. Intercessors are people of prayer. We are poor, but Jesus and Mary answer our prayers and come to the aid of those we entrust to them. We commit to giving some of our time and ourselves to pray for the Teams Movement to be authentic, and to continue its mission of spreading the good news of Catholic Marriage throughout the world.

Become an Intercessor

Intercessory prayer is a service that we do for our family, friends, neighbour, for all those, who are encountering difficult moments in their lives: ordeals, suffering, depression, unemployment, and separation…

In practice, we commit to participating actively in a continuous chain of prayer and offering:

• Either for an hour of prayer a month and preferable during the night,
• Or for a day of fasting a month,
• Or by daily offering up our joys and difficulties or suffering in union with the Intercessors.
